A Little Bit of This & A Little Bit Of That

By

A person of words and not deeds is like a garden full of weeds. troubles of its own.

The words you speak today should be soft and tender... for tomorrow you may have to eat them.

Taste your words before you speak them out.

If you think things improve with age, attend a class reunion.

It takes a smart man to know he is not.

Growing old is when the fun is a lot more work.

If you can't get people to listen to you tell them it's confidential.

About the only thing that comes to us without effort is old age.

Talk less. Say more.

Hi Beth,

This one is SO perfect, The words you speak today should be soft and tender... for tomorrow you may have to eat them.

These are all wonderful statements, but I agree with Ron and Alexandra Seigel - "The words you speak today should be soft and tender... for tomorrow you may have to eat them" - is my favorite.
