On August 7, 2021, Realtor.com reported that in Altadena, California median list price was $1,050,000 in July of 2021 gained from $998,500 in June of 2021, and rose 7.0% from $998,000 in July of 2020. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $1,200,000 in July of 2021, jumped 18.0% from July of 2020 in Altadena, California.

Houses stayed 49.00 days in the market in July of 2021 up from 44.00 days in June of 2021, and grew from 42.00 days in July of 2020 in Altadena, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $641.00 in July of 2021 higher from $626.00 in June of 2021, and increased 12.0% from $562.00 in July of 2010 in Altadena, California.

It looks like the market in your area is still experiencing healthy price gains.  The price per square foot in your area is about twice as high as in Elk Grove.  Still, we are a lot higher that we were a few years ago.  Thank you for the update!
