Homes moved off the market in record time. While the average days on the market was 7 days, some where getting multiple offers the day it was listed.
Homes sold in the 2nd Quarter based on area:
Manassas City-206 homes sold which is 42% more than last year equating to 61 more homes.
Manassas Park-73 homes sold which is 38% more than last year equating to 11 more homes.
Prince William County-2750 homes sold which is 38% more than last year equating to 760 more homes.
The medium price is 15% higher this year than last to $470,000 which is a gain of $60,000. Statewide the medium price is $365,000 that's up 16% from one year ago.
Inventory is still at an all time low with supply being about .5% month supply verses 2020 at .7% month supply , 2019 at 2.31 months supply and 2018 at 2.3 months supply.
