Seeing Your Client's (or so you thought) Home Hit the Market

Thankfully it's only happened to me a handful of times in the 16 years I've been doing this, but seeing a home hit the market that you helped the owner buy it a pretty rotten feeling.  This is one that I've kept in touch with and had thought was a friend which definitely doesn't make the "discovery" any easier that's for sure.  It's a tough pill to swallow.
