Today’s View –  Aug 19, 2021 – Mt. Airy, Md. 21771 – Detached Homes

This is a market report for existing detached homes in Mt. Airy, Md. 21771.  At the time of this report (8/19/21) not including new construction 22 such homes are on the market FOR SALE, another 59 are under contract, and 35 have sold in the last 30 days. The absorption rate (Active/30 day sold) is .63 which is considered a seller’s market.

While the minimum lot size is just 0.1 acres and the maximum lot size is 80.1 acres, the median is 1 acre.

Of those active, 8 came to market in the last week. Of those under contact, 9 went under contract last week, and 12 of the 35 that sold completed the process last week.  There are also 7 homes that the realtors have announced as coming soon,
