I hate to see my sellers relocate from this lovely, sprawling 2 story custom designed, white stone home with 3 car garage. I know the neighbors are going to hate to see them go and will miss their giving, fun and nurturing hearts! My sellers met with their buyers last week, who are a lovely young couple with a darling 5 year old who is attending Canyon Creek Elementary. It was their wish to show them all the nuances of the home and make sure they are comfortable with all the remotes and mechanical equipment in the house. As they told me "the neighborly thing to do" is to pay for a month of lawn and pool care from their trusted vendors they relied on over the years for their buyers. They also left a list of all their vendors used throughout the years, Plumbers, HVAC, carpet cleaning, window washing etc.
