Will apple ciders almost here, this is a good recipe to try!
What you need is
Boneless skin-on Chicken legs
1 cup Apple Cider 2 TB Paprika
2 TB Dijon Mustard 3/4 tsp Black Pepper
3 TB Vegetable Oil 3/4 Chill powder
2 tsp Salt 3/4 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Pepper 3/4 Onion powder
2 TB Brown sugar
In a resealable bag, combine chicken, apple cider, mustard, oil, salt and pepper. Massage the mixture into chicken to cover completely. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or I like to refrigerate several hours.
Brush excess marinade off chicken. Roll chicken legs with skin - side out and tie each one with kitchen twine.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder. Rub spice mixture over chicken.
Coat air -fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken in air-fryer. Cook skin-side-up at 350 degree until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Flip chicken over and cook at 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degree.
