Preparing your house to sell is often taken for granted in strong sellers markets like the one were are experiencing right now. At a minimum you should walk around your house, inside and out and address issues that are obvious. Go ahead and repair things you know will be problematic to the buyers, home inspectors, apprasiers and even insurance companies. In this market finding a buyer is easy. Keeoing the buyer in the transaction .... well, not so much.
