'Thursday Thought' Sandpoint Realty LLC - September 2, 2021

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Sandpoint Realty LLC DB36113

'Thursday Thought' today goes hand in hand, I believe, in a quote General Patton is given credit for.  Something to the affect: 'Better a good plan executed today than a perfect plan next week'

Lots of truth in those words, Mark.  I've been guilty of over-thinking things a bit lately.

Myrl, I believe we all do from time to time.  Hopefully we catch ourselves 'in time'.  Mark

Indeed you can not go wrong with a George S Patton quote:  A good plan violently executed right now is far better than a perfect plan executed next week.

Morning Mark.

In my opinion there is no perfect plan, but that's just me. If everyone would wait on a perfect plan nothing would get done.  Execute a plan, be ready to adjust as you go along.

Ain't that the truth, Mark! I've often referred to it as analysis paralysis. At some point one just needs to act.

Hello Mark - thinking is good, over-thinking can definitely veer in the wrong direction.

I'm with you, Mark. All of the plans we make won't mean a thing if we don't execute them.

That's pretty wise advice, Mark. It can be so easy to over-think things. Sorta like "better done than perfect."

Have a great weekend!
