Since May 2020 when Marie Story suggested a ZOOM call as a way of connecting with other members during Covid, the community has been continuing to meet every Tuesday.
Just as I say in my Sunday posts, I learn something new here every day, and I have learned something from every ZOOM MeetUP I’ve attended...and I think I’ve only missed one.
I had no idea what an ADU was until I heard John DL Arendsen speak. I had only known Sham Reddy CRS because he has been kind enough to comment on my posts, however, when he spoke on referrals I learned about who he was!
There have been so many subjects covered, but there are a few I think would be interesting…
Home Inspector-anything new they may see on the horizon regarding home inspecting, for example.
New Home Construction- How the availability of materials and labor have impacted their field.
...Or how agents can work better with new construction sales
Apps that help-I love apps that assist us and make our days easier and fun as well. Perhaps a panel or someone with apps knowledge would be good.
What Millennials want in a home-this topic is intriguing even though I’m retired.
If you’ve considered attending the weekly ZOOM Meetup held on Tuesdays at 1 PM CST but haven’t found a topic you’d be interested in, now is the time to chime in.
And if you’re camera-shy, you can attend in “listen-only” mode. Or you can let us “see you” but you don”t have to speak unless you choose to.
If you aren’t sure how ZOOM works (trust me, I’ve been there) contact a member here. (I dare not name names lest they come after me!!!) Or you can get more information here.
This is an entry in the September Challenge hosted by Margaret Rome.
I hope you’ll join us at the next ZOOM Meetup! Here's the link!
