Located on Whitewater Creek, a few miles to the Northwest of Senoia Georgia is Starr's Mill and the Starr's Mil Park.  It was named after Hilliard Starr who owned the mill back in the 1800's.  Many will recognize the mill from scenes in "Sweet Home Alabama".

Starr's Mill

The original structure burned down and the one you see now was built in 1907.  Starr's Mill Had a cotton gin and an electric generator powering nearby Senoia.  Most mills of the time used a water wheel whereas this one used a turbine to grind up corn and cut wood in the sawmill.

The park itself is beautiful, and offers places to park, with pick nick tables, grassy areas, and a trail along the reservoir pictured above, part of Whitewater Creek.

Senoia, Georgia

A few miles to the Southwest of Starr's Mill is downtown Senoia Georgia, featuring shops, restaurants and serves as a popular destination for tourists interested in visiting the town they've maybe seen on the Netflix series "The Walking Dead", as well as other movies including "Driving Miss Daisy", "Fried Green Tomatoes", "Pet Cemetery II" and others.

Some very pretty photos of Starr's Mill, with a rich history and film past as well.

Those are amazing photos, Scott.  I especially like that top photo of the mill.  You should include the "Photos" group in your picture posts.  If this one had been included in that group, I would have featured it.
