Conscious or subconsciously most all of us are looking for happiness, let’s go as far to even say MORE happiness. Afghanistan, Hillary, Trump, Biden, Pelosi, Republicans, Democrats, CNN, FOX, NBC, Newsmax, are a few main topics you can stay completely away from in every fashion from television, cable television, youtube, emailing, texting, radio, and any other form of communications. After suggesting this to many friends, it is completely understood it cannot happen in one try for a week! Begin with three days, then with success from that move it up to five days then to a full seven-day week.
This is our main source from where unhappiness comes from. Turn them off, nip it, nip it in the bud, (as Barney Fife would say) ha This will remove the decay, the disgrace, the negativity, the media exaggerated poor quality.

2 Read… I know I don’t like to read either until I get into an interesting, motivating, inspiring page in a great book and my mindset completely changes. Visit the library, go online, talk with friends asking them their favorite books. Check out the half-price books store. I’m not sure they are half price, but that is the name of the store and many times my books have come from there, if it is not in the local store they search and have it shipped to me from another store in a different state.
3 Attend worship service weekly (not weakly) that could be anywhere from at least one to three to five times a week. While attending have your mind focused on what is being said there, and do not let your thoughts slip to other things.
