Houses stayed 50.00 days in the market in August of 2021 unchanged from 50.00 days in July of 2021, but lower from 54.00 days in August of 2020 in Rosemead, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $651.00 in August of 2021 declined from $669.00 in July of 2021, but increased 16.0% from $544.00 in August of 2010 in Rosemead, California.
