Hello Andrew - people have different needs and definitely a variety of tastes.  Some prefer an in-house "taste-testing" while others may be fine with a virtual presentation.   Options are important but when those opportunities may be limited, it's time to get creative.

Thank you Michael Jacobs ! When I am 6 hours from Boston, 8 hours from RI, etc there has to be a way to bridge the gap. It is too expensive time and money wise to make the trek every time a new property listings hits the real estate conveyor belt to check it out. Videos deliver the "you are here" experience IF not a slide show of the same images the buyer already waded through and IF there is full motion video, natural sound from the property listings, the local community.

That makes sense.  For you as the agent and for the prospective  buyer.

Hello Andrew,  I have saved many a prospective out of area buyer a long trip with video.  On the other hand just as many have dropped what they are doing to get here immediately, often times with the offer written contingent on them seeing the home within a couple of days.  Videos are definitely a step up for most.  Mark

They avoid delay getting in and work late at night, holidays, in all kinds of weather. Strike while the iron is hot with video. COVID made a lot of buy with the video, a follow up Facetime hour long video and for cash. Video is the hardest working marketing tool bar none and removes 9-5 M-F dinosaur real estate approach that holds up the buyer. Thank you Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint !
