Being that all the Halloween decorations are out now and I'm seeing yards fully decorated and ready for Halloween, I thought I would share one of my old posts in reference to Halloween. I can't believe that Halloween is less than 40 days away and that we are about to enter into our fourth quarter already!!! Where has the year gone by?
A few Halloween Safety Reminders
for those passing out candy and goodies on Halloween Night.
- Please make sure your sidewalks, lawns, or yards are free and clear of all easily tripped-over items such as toys, bikes, hoses, ladders, trash cans, and tools. Make sure your gate doors are easy to open or left open for those couple hours of trick or treating time.
- Use rope lighting or sidewalk yard lights as a safe way to mark a path to your front door or side door. Make sure your house lights are on. There are tons of inexpensive Halloween decorating lights for your sidewalk or front porch.
- Please make sure you keep your pets inside or tucked away for a couple of hours of Trick or Treating Time.
- Whether you're a Trick or Treater, a parent, homeowner, or even a motorist out on this special time for the children, remember SAFETY FIRST!
Be Safe and be alert!
