Oak Mountain Championship Golf Club, Carrollton GaOak Mountain is a golf club  surrounded by a beautiful planned community in Carrollton Georgia, located about 45 to the West of Atlanta and near the Alabama line.  Carrollton's population is about 30,000 people in the city proper incorporated in 1829, home to the University of West Georgia and was named after Charles Carroll of the town, who was the last signer of the Declaration of Independence alive at the time.

The golf club itself https://www.oakmountainchampionshipgolf.com/  is a semi private/ public course with reasonable fees.

Market data for homes in the area suggest different price points for home sizes and locations.  Homes right on the golf course or the water with larger footprints will obviously be selling for more, where as the smaller homes set further out in surrounding divisions will be in a different category.

Medium home price for Summer of 2021 here in the Oak Mountain area, of all shapes, sizes (2,000 sq. ft. or more), and nearby locations taken together show a medium price of $346,626, with a little more than three weeks on the market to a month.

Last Summer (2020) prices on average were more, however it looks like the data is somewhat skewed as we see more sales of the larger homes and more on the golf course as apposed to outside of that area, but days on market were a little higher. 

Carrollton Georgia Water Tower

For the entire city of Carrollton during Summer of 2021, houses sold with 2,000 sq. ft. or more came in with a medium price of $325,000 and just 12 days on the market.  Homes of all square footage sizes sold over this past Summer at a medium price of $256,000.00 in Carrollton.  Absorption rate (total sales/months) is 80.67 show a housing isupply rate (total listings/absorption rate) of 1.21, meaning it would take 1.21 months to sell everything in inventory taking into account new listings coming on and sales rates, and this has been increasing over the past 4 quarters, albeit ever so slowly, suggesting that the market might be cooling off a little bit.  However, the data show that it continues to be an extremely robust Seller's Market in the Carrollton area.  Comparing sales data in terms of medium price number, from Summer quarter of 2020 to Summer quarter of 2021, Carrollton's housing market has improved by almost 20%.
