After decreasing in July, the average sales price of Phoenix homes increased over $5,800, to $510,816 in August, breaking the previous all-time high from June. At the same time, the average sold price per square foot remained the same as in July, at $261/sf.
After reaching a record low of 23 days on market in May and June, days on market for Phoenix homes increased by one day in July and August, and is now up to 25 DOM.
