Today’s View –  September 28, 2021 – Mt. Airy, Md. 21771 – Detached Homes

This is a market report for existing detached homes in Mt. Airy, Md. 21771.  At the time of this report (9/28/21) not including new construction 24 such homes are on the market FOR SALE, another 46 are under contract, and 34 have sold in the last 30 days. The absorption rate (Active/30 day sold) is .73 which is considered a seller’s market.
