After seeing a sharp increase in new listings the first half of September, we saw the amount of new listings drop by half last week. Looking at that number, many sellers who wanted to sell this fall have listed already. On the flip side, the amount of buyers is still strong as we see a steady inquiry from buyers still looking to buy. What it means is that now is the tie to list your home before the "Fall Market" comes to an end. Lets take a look at the Monday Morning Market update for the Manchester NH Real Estate Market.

 

Many sellers are asking about selling now or waiting until next year. The best advice is to "call me to list now".
