The lowest price home sold in Ceres during September 2021 was $300,000.   

 

The highest price home sold in Ceres during September 2021 was $760,000

 

The number of total sales for September 2021 was up over September 2020.  The median price was up considerably again this month.  The number of days on the market rose slightly.

 

The number of offers received in September 2021 was half of what seller's received in September 2020. The selling price in September 2021 was just at, or slightly below asking price in most cases.  In September 2020 most homes sold for slightly over asking price. This is something that could indicate that the market is starting to stabilize a bit.  Of course one month does not make it a trend, but it is something to watch.

 

There are currently only 27 homes listed (Active) for sale in Ceres Ca. (Up from last month) They range in prices from $330,000 to $1,200,000. There are currently 34 homes under contract (Pending) in Ceres Ca.
