The August 2021 Santa Clara County probate homes sales activity report is published. The data consists of properties sold in probate and homes sold by successor trustees. There were no conservatorship sales in the month of August.

The highest price home sold: single-family home in Saratoga, 95070. List price $4,295,000. Final Sale price $4,325,000.
The lowest-priced home sold: single-family home in San Jose, 95127. List price $629,000. Final sale price $710,000.
Inventory is low and demand is high which continues to create unprecedented sales prices.
