Great blog, it does bring what KW is all about. . in our current local market, we are having problems getting agents to sign up. .there are so many companies in the 100% commision for just a small monthly fee. .  they are popping out everywhere with no consideration to the training they could get by joining KW

Fernando...thanks for your comment.  I will always tell agents that a 100% of $0 is still $0.  The bottom line is, that if you are going to survive and thrive in this market, you better focus on becoming the expert in your market.   This is why 20% of the agents in this industry make 80% of the money.  They run their real estate businesses like business owners.  They value education and training.  They value a company that shares the profits with them and treates them as partners.  They value working in a company where there is a real incentive for agents to share ideas and secrets. It's not about what you pay a company or what your commission split is, it's only about where do you NET the most money! It's also not about why someone should run their real estate business at Keller Williams Realty...it's about are they right for Keller Williams Realty!
