Offering 1022 square feet, the unit offered mostly newer applicances, fresh paint, new hot water heater, most electric baseboards replaced and new front door. Set in a small complex, the association recently replaced the roof  and fixed some of the parking lot. The property was priced  for immeadiate action at $162,500, which resulted in a bidding war getting the seller $190,000, $27,500 above the listed price. My client was thrilled to receive a offer that much above asking price, allowing him to have funds available sooner than later to purchase a home for himself to live where he relocated to.
