The neighborhood is predominantly non-owner occupied, so it took some work finding a lender with an available loan product. On side amenities include pool, tennis court, playground and laundry facility. The complex just became affliated with RRS property management in Danbury. It is centrally located with easy access to interstate, Danbury Hospital, local shopping and dining. The association does not permit pets and HOA included water, sewer and trash. Low HOA, low taxes and high expected rent made the property attractive to the buyer. 
The unit was listed for $132,500. Several offers were reviewed but were not acceptable to the property owner for a number of reasons. The owner did finally get an acceptable offer within 18 days and we are able to close within about 45 days of acceptance. The property was sold for $130,000 on 8/5/2021.
