Since Apple Valley Lake is a private community, you need to follow a handful of rules and regulations. While on the premises, you CAN’T:

  • Park for longer than 72 hours in an unimproved parking area
  • Store trailers, motor homes, watercraft, etc. in a vacant lot
  • Use a golf cart or any other low-speed vehicle on its roads

While these bylaws are reasonable, you may not be amenable to some of them. That said, make sure to ask for a copy of such regulations from your top Apple Valley Lake real estate agents. 

Disadvantages of Living in Apple Valley Lake - While it's advantageous to live in Apple Valley Lake, the place is far from the highways.
