Hi Sam - what a wonderful story of the hot dog seller!  I can remember back in 2007 and 2008 when everyone was saying how down the market was, many agents threw in the towel and cut back on their marketing. Others who were having a great year just kept pushing forward and adapting. 

Thanks for the reminder Sam.

Sometimes we just have to keep doing the things that got us here.

I had the pleasure of meeting Howard years ago. We invited him to our state convention held in Homer Alaska I was the chairperson so I got to spend some time with him while he was here. He really was one of the best if not the very best spaeaker we ever had here! What a genuine guy! Good Memories! Thank Sam!

Sam Miller That's a wonderful presentation, love the professionalism of your recording. I remember going to (I think) two Howard Brinton conventions, terrified of the "Star Power" thing. Good guy!

Staying positive, it's harder to do individually if those in the circles you travel are not. Evaluate what works for you and keep adjusting the dials to fine tune and soar with success Sam Miller. Being grateful is your primary rocket booster fuel otherwise it's 'why bother" and the passion gets sucked out of the room.
