Since my crystal ball broke I've not been able to forecast the future that well. I've also quit listening to pundits as they tend to jump on whatever popular bandwagon is currently popular on the tube at the moment. IE: the number of pundits insisting in 2005 that we were on a 9 year boom cycle in Hawai'i because of the baby boomers retiring in resort areas. I didn't believe them and I don't believe the very similiar reports that are on the opposite side of the spectrum of doom and gloom in the future. It seems when the market is being labeled a "buyer's market" that would be a clear indication that NOW is the time to buy. Let me know what you think.
