The third quarter of 2021 shows the demand on housing inventory continues to rise in Halifax, Nova Scotia thus putting an upward pressure on prices on all homes. With values increasing rapidly in the Halifax Regional Municipality, sales climbed 21.3% outside the limits versus Halifax's 9.5% sales increase.
