The beautiful fall colors are upon us. So is the "FALL MARKET". We saw a huge surge of new listings after Labor day many of which went under contract quickly. The amount of new listings is slowing again. Interest rates edged up again last week just over 3%. You need Experience in Real Estate to master these changing times.
