Maple Ash Neighborhood in Tempe AZ is a historic neighborhood near the rapidly developing downtown and near Arizona State University.

Most people like this area, and say this has to be the best of both worlds - they can walk or bike to almost everything on streets with mature trees. Many employers from the high-tech, banking and research industries have offices in Downtown Tempe, world class entertainment is offered at places like Gammage Auditorium,  Tempe Center for the Arts, Tempe Town Lake.

Myrl Jeffcoat , Tempe is growing very fast, I can't count the number of cranes I see every day. More than 200,000 people work in Tempe (population is about 185,000). If you visit again, I am sure you will have fun recognizing places at the Tempe History Museum - so many interesting exhibits there.
