Dreaming of Montana I have an real estate agent for you!

By
Real Estate Agent with Sandpoint Realty rain@lakeandhomes.com SP36782

Meeting in the Rain or a beautiful sunny day.  It is always nice to be able to meet up with those Real Estate agents in other areas on Active Rain and it is even more fun to get to know them over dinner.

Jalepenos

Last week Mark had set up a dinner with Kat Palmiotti and her husband for dinner at Jalapenos  and  I jumped at the chance to go.   Kat Palmiotti is a broker with EXP Realty in Kalispell Montana.  As an avid hiker she specializes in land and helping people make those dreams a reality.  First meetings can sometimes feel awkward, but not this time.  From the first moment it was a comfortable gathering of old friends.   Kat has a great sense of humor, a relaxing demeanor, good values and is just a joy to be around.  Her ideals on client care and stress free professionalism are very aligned to my own.  Kat lived in NY when we first started talking so naturally the first burning question was what brought them to Montana.  I wish you could have seen it.  Her eyes brightened up more and more as she talked about the Montana beauty, Flathead lake, the good neighbors, the relaxing lifestyle...  Without a doubt they had found "Home".

For the love of Montana

If you happen to be a property owner in Flathead county, give Kat a call.  You can't find a more effective agent than one that is truly in love with an area, your land, your community.  This is the person whos passion shines through and that can impart the value far beyond the dollars and cents.

Agents, If you don't already know our very own House Kat, by all means stop by and introduce yourself because she is someone you should get to know.    If you have friends and clients looking in Northwest Montana in Big Fork, Lakeside, and Kalispell give Kat a call.  406-270-3667  I have no doubt that she will take good care of your people and your good name.

Hi Rain - what a great meetup of AR friends.  I have known Kat Palmiotti  most of the time on AR and we have been together at meetups here in New York.  She really found her passion in Montana.

How neat, it is a small world at times.   New Yorks loss was definately Montanas gain.

Hello Rain - when virtual meet-ups become reality, anything can happen but your post illustrates how ActiveRain is different.  Posts and comments can become connections of sorts and that certainly seems true in this case.    I am happy to hear another AR success story.

I have formed many really good relationships over the net. Active Rain gets to "hear" our daily lives, our fears, our successes.  Anytime we share of ourselves we soldify those connectsion.

Helping your Montana dreams take root

Thank you Rain Silverhawk for your beautiful overview of our get together, and thank you to Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint-Idaho for setting it up. I have to say the same is true in reverse - if anyone has a real estate need in Sandpoint ID, you cannot go wrong with either of these excellent professionals!!! AND they both are fun and gracious people!!!

Oh, and of course, a blog post about the fantastic area of Sandpoint is on the horizon!
