On October 19, 2021, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the condo & town-homes values unchanged 0.0% to the price of $600,000 in September of 2021 from price of $600,000 in August of 2021, but jumped 13.9% from price of $527,000 in September of 2020 in California. While, condo & town-homes sales lower 4.1% in September of 2021 from August of 2021, but up 1.0% from in September of 2020 in California.
There were 1.7 months supplies of available inventory of condo & town-homes in September of 2021, unchanged from 1.7 months in August of 2021, but down from 2.5 months in September of 2020. An average it took 10.0 days to sell a condo & town-home in September 2021, same as from 10.0 days in August of 2021, but declined from 14.0 days in September of 2020 in California.
