14 homes sold in Cureton during the Third Quarter of 2021, nine fewer homes than in the same quarter one year ago. New listings were down compared with the same quarter one year ago -- down six homes to nine. It should be pointed out that nine new listings in a community with over 500 homes, is no "real" inventory to speak of.

 

Cureton home sellers received 102.4% of asking price on average. Average days on market were eight days in Quarter 3, 2021, down 43 days from one year ago. Median days on market were just five.

 

Home prices in Cureton can range from the $400,000's to over $1 million. Average sale price in Cureton in the Third Quarter 2021 was $711,536, up 39.06% year-over-year. Quarter-over-quarter average home sale prices increased almost $104,000. Median sale price was $706,500, up 28.45% year-over-year. Median home sale prices increased some $121,000 quarter-over-quarter. Home prices ranged from a low of $450,000 to a high of $1,050,000 during the Third Quarter 2021.

 

As the Third Quarter 2021 ended, one homes was listed for sale in Cureton. One home was in contract at the end of the quarter.
