With around 230 spectacular condominium units, Shores of Panama is a gorgeous family vacation spot, boasting several attractions and top-class amenities.  Most of the people looking to buy a condo at the Shores of Panama are doing so for investment purposes.  The most common situation is a 1st-time investor that is looking to use the condo a few weeks out of the year and rent it out the remainder as a vacation rental property.

About the Building

It was built only in 2010, making it one of the most modern vacation rental spots in the city. The resort has several large-scale attractions, including pools, restaurants, and bars.  You can find 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condo units at the shores of Panama for sale at any given time.  Every unit in the building has its own private balcony overlooking the resort-style swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico.

About the Amenities

As mentioned, the resort has multiple pools and restaurants. There’s a large children’s play area and kiddie pool with adult supervision. As such, parents can rest easy and explore other amenities such as the beach services.

Within the resort’s beach services, vacationers can sign up for water activities such as jet ski tours of nearby islands and banana boat rides. Moreover, they can get beach chair rentals near the beach tiki bar.

The tiki bar is famous for its classic American food, including burgers, sandwiches, chicken tenders, and hot dogs. The bar also sells spectacular brews and tropical cocktails.

What to Do Near the Shores of Panama Condos?

Ripley’s Believe It Or Not is less than a mile away from Shores of Panama as is Wonderworks. The latter is an amazing amusement park with unique attractions such as the ‘Extreme Weather Zone’. This zone lets customers experience different types of extreme weather simulations.

For example, the ‘Extreme Weather Zone’ has an ‘Earthquake Cafe’, which is a moving cafe. People sit on the benches and experience the ground shaking underneath them. Moreover, the weather zone also has a hurricane and cold water simulation. The latter lets people see how cold the water was in the Atlantic Ocean during the 1912 Titanic disaster.

Wonderworks also has an excellent ‘Space Discovery Zone’, ‘Light & Sound Zone’, ‘Imagination Lab’, ‘Physical Challenge Zone’, and a quirky art gallery.
