Weekly Housing Trends For the Week Ending October 16, 2021

On October 21, 2021, Realtor.com reported the fallowing nationwide median weekly housing trends for the week ending October 16, 2021.

Total available listings fell 22.0% for the week ending October 16, 2021, from the same period of time in October of 2020.

Time on the market declined 8 days for the week ending October 16, 2021, from the same period of time in October of 2020.

Median listing prices rose 8.6% for the week ending October 16, 2021, from the same period of time in October of 2020.

New listing in the market lower 2.0% for the week ending October 16, 2021, from the same period of time in October of 2020.

In Ohio, we are seeing a slight uptick in inventory in a long time! Homes are staying on market longer now!
