Here is the most recent Scottsdale AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for September 2021:
After increasing over $56,000 between April and May, and reaching an all-time high of $1,247,173, the average sales price of homes in Scottsdale has decreased by $141,510 over the last four months, down to $1,105,663 in September. At the same time, the average sold price per square foot increased for the second straight month, from $376/sf in August to $385/sf for September.
After remaining the same or decreasing for the first seven months this year, the days on market has now increased for the second straight month, up from 35 DOM in August to 40 DOM in September. Even though the days on market has been increasing, homes in Scottsdale are still selling very quickly.
