“Don’t Pay the Rent”

 

I’m sure you don’t remember me, but in 1982 I purchased a 2 bedroom townhouse condo that you converted as part of a 68 unit apartment complex. I paid off my home many years ago and the value has go up 3 fold from the original purchase.

I never would have thought at the time that I would ever become a homeowner, but got hooked by your marketing which was basically “Don’t Pay the Rent”. That is reason for my reaching out to you. I am moving to Florida and I don’t want to rent. I would like your assistance in obtaining a mortgage and could use a referral for a Realtor in the Orlando area.

I have followed you on Linkedin and know that you do mortgages in Florida, if you can help me again, I would be most appreciative. Betty

 

Wow, that brought back many memories. The simple concept of “Don’t Pay the Rent” is just a true today. For sure prices have increased dramatically, but so have rental costs. Do you see any slowdown when it comes to rent?

Good morning Joe. The are very few who can benefit by paying rent. For the rest of us (99.44%) ownership is the only choice. Enjoy your day.
