After reaching an all-time high of $602,866 in August, the average sales price of homes in Ahwatukee dropped in September, down to $552,786.
The price per square foot of Ahwatukee homes has remained the same, or increased for seven consecutive months. The price per square foot of homes sold in Ahwatukee increased from $264/sf in August to $267/sf in September.
After dropping to 22 DOM in August, to tie the all-time low, the Ahwatukee DOM increased in September to 24 DOM. This is still a very low number, and It is obvious that the demand for homes in Ahwatukee is high, and homes are selling fast, even as we near the end of the year.
