Thousands of rumors are started every day, due to people listening to something someone says, and then taking that information and passing it along to someone else as if it were true, and it goes on and on and on. Think about it one prime example is the media and our elected officials. Surely there can’t be that much lying, crookedness, and mistreating those of us who voted for them…
I believe all too often a person receives information from a real estate agent, and it may be slightly changed in their interpretation and that person tells another person what the agent told them, that next person then ends up with a different real estate agent in a conversation, and the second agent is in total disbelief from what they have just heard. Understand the comment may have come from a Realtor in Virginia and ended up with another person in Maine, Colorado, Texas, or anywhere else, and the market could be the complete opposite from where it henceforth started.
The market right now is DIFFERENT than what it was ninety days ago in Phoenix, and today and ninety days ago are different than they were one year ago. Just to give you an example. Keep in mind even though prices went up a year ago, it may have been a good time to buy, then it may not have been a good time to buy, based on what happens in the future.
Talking with a licensed agent of nine months, nine years, twenty-nine years each can give you different answers, because another key point is how many homes has each of those people sold, in the past eight months, and in the past eight years as well as the past eighteen years.
It still in my opinion is the most exciting, fun, and profitable business if you are good at it, if you are good at it, and you have knowledge, drive, and passion.
I hope your day is as good as mine
