Looking @ it From a Different Way
Why should you be making someone else’s house payment? If you like doing that let me know and I am happy to create a monthly exciting time for you.
Planting your own garden. Growing your own vegetables, canning vegetables, making your own pickles, you save money, gives you something to do out in the fresh air, you can teach your grandkids or kids how this type of event is done. Even save time going to the grocery store, standing in line, (wearing a mask), and buying $35.00 worth of other stuff you would not have bought had you not been in the store.
Appreciation! Imagine at some point in your life owning your own home FREE AND CLEAR.
Write off the interest on your mortgage.
When you get tired of the color of paint on the exterior or interior you can CHANGE IT. And you can make it whatever color you choose.
Have your own fruit trees, depending on what part of the country you live in. Apple, peach, orange, cherry, lemon, grapefruit, grapes, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, pear, pomegranate, just to name some.
In the past I have had nuts, walnuts, pecans, almonds,
Build an unbelievable private skateboard ramp for the kids (is a permit needed)
Living in the right place you can have homemade snow cream! The Best Ice Cream There Is!
Decide you want to remodel, make some changes in the style or structure, add a room, build a guest house on, build a cover for the patio if there isn’t one. Just check if you are in an HOA also with your city, to meet any needs of requiring a permit.
I hope your day is as great as mine.
