Postscript Pondering. . .

Postscript Pondering. . .

Recently, I received an email promising all sorts of things.  For one reason or another, I didn’t delete it. At least not immediately.

In the email there was not one but multiple postscripts added.  Perhaps I didn’t delete the email as quickly as usual but catching the various strategies in this communication served as another reminder that pondering can even be found in a PS or two(maybe more).   You never know where this "stuff" can be found.

Hey Michael Jacobs I wonder if they named the Ponderosa Ranch in Bonanza after a long amount of pondering?

Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist - I can see why ones mind could "go there".  And thank you for the highlight within Mr "C"s namesake group.  I appreciate it.

Jeffrey DiMuria 321.223.6253 Waves Realty - quite possibly.  🙃

Michael I keep about a thousand emails and when it gets to be around 1300 I start lowering it to about 900 emails that is not counting the daily 500 or more that I delete... yes some are worth deleting a bit later:)Endre

Good morning Michael.  I have on occasion done multiple PS's.  Seems one additional thought led to another.  Rather than rewrite, as I should have, I got lazy with PS's.  Mark

Endre Barath, Jr. - it's understandable why the inventory of some email communications always seems to increase but at some point - the question of "why" often accompanies.

Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint-Idaho - I wonder if the person who started the first postcript ever "predicted" what might happen?

Michael, Happy Sunday, and hope you are enjoying a beautiful day.

P.S.  hope you are doing something fun today.  I plan to take photos of bald eagles.

Joan Cox - Sunday was a warm-weather day so it felt good to be outside.   I hope your bald eagle photo hunting was good.

Almost 7 miles, saw two eagles in flight, and one in a tree.   Post will follow.

Hi Michael, I am sort of reluctant to delete those emails right away. I often find myself going back to read them if I get time. One never knows what might be in those postscripts. Have a Great Week!

Joan Cox - I am glad to hear that your eagle search turned out so well.  Looking forward to seeing that post.

Jerry Newman - that makes sense.  Sometimes waiting a bit before a delete can reveal some powerful(and important) information.

Roy Kelley - I hope you had a nice weekend with more good things coming your way this week.

Like you, I do find some emails can be blog fodder, Michael. If postscript is done effectively, it definitely can grab as you well know!

Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can! - and the fodder need not be followed only on Fridays but it seems any day is just fine.  And that's where the use of words starting with the letter "f" will stop.  For now.

Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS - nah, I am not but thank you for the assignment.  I am more likely to be identified as a royal pain. . .

My delete trigger finger seems to be acting faster than it used to these days. I just don't have the patience to read such emails.

Sharon Tara - typically I delete within micro-seconds but for some reason this one took a bit longer but it was still "gone" before too long.  The email in-box is relatively clutter-free.

Perhaps I should be paying more attention to the post scripts, if any,  in the emails I receive, of which there is an abundance. Every now and then I glance over some of the spam which is always good for a chuckle and wondering WHO comes up with this stuff.

PS: I enjoyed your post, pondering a bit as I read it.

Jeff Dowler, CRS - I admit to being able to delete suspected suspicious scam emails pretty quickly but there are occasions where waiting a bit can provide some blogging fodder.
