Hey has anybody besides myself felt burn out due to short sales? I have been constantly working on getting all my short sales approved and boy , these lenders have really made it tough for us agents . Not only do they cut our commission, delay on a response, make buyers furious and have an attitude. What more can we ask for? Well guys I think after a few approvals we must definitely time a few days off! Does anybody agree????

Yep...I have a short sale listing that I just now have gotten an offer to start the process...and no matter how much I explained to my buyers that it is a black hole for information and status, after only 3 days, they are already starting to get frustrated. I also have an offer out on a short sale, and the listing agent thinks the foreclosure was suppose to happen today, but he doesn't think that it happened since they had 2 offers. I look forward to the day when we can start working normal listings again!

Janil- If you can't or don't want to handle the short sales why don't you find a service that does them to refer your clients too that are trying to escape foreclosure by doing a SS? I am sure there are quite a few in your area that will do the hard part of dealing with the banks for you.
