Bethesda is building lots of luxury condos like the Darcy and the Cheval, but if your pocket doesn't allow for $1,700 a square foot of living space - and 3,000 square feet of living space - then you will love the condos at SpringLake!  Two bedroom and one bath condos here are typically somewhere around $225,000 with condo fees around $534, including all utilities.  Two bedroom two bath condos run about $325,000 in the fall of 2019.  Imagine getting over 1300 square feet of living space for just $325,000.  In the fall of 2021, a two bedroom one bath condo with 922 square feet of living space is listed for just $240,000- $245,000!  A one bedroom with 622 square feet is even better - just $205,000! You also are very close to Cabin John Park, a great place to explore or ride the mini train.  Cabin John Park is also home to a county ice skating rink where my daughter spent many happy hours placing ice hockey and learning to figure skate.
