Time for The Holiday Kickoff in Manhattan Beach

It's that time again.....Manhattan Beach is kicking off the holiday season with the festivities of the downtown holiday open housa and the pier lighting.  This is the day when the South Bay starts to really feel like it's holiday season. Some of the highlights and times:

  • 5:00 PM Santa at Metlox Plaza
  • 6:00-9:00 PM - Holiday open house.  Local businesses open their doors with holiday treats, live music at the pier, caolers and reindeer
  • 7:00 PM - 32nd annual pier lighting.  Watch the iconic Manhattan Pier light up with it's famous Christmas tree lights and star.

Hi Ed.  I think we may have skipped Thanksgiving this year.  I'm already seeing xmas lights on houses.  I think given the challenging 2 years we've had people are eager for the holidays.  I'm not complaining....I love it.
