That Never

Stop Questioning

Spot. . .

Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.

The important thing is not to stop questioning.

Attributed to Albert Einstein

I admit I haven’t always followed the words in this quote but I do believe they can become quite powerful when put into action often.

Hi Michael- I do believe in questioning what you are not sure about or want to know more about. I do think that there is a difference between wanting to know more so you question and the kind of question that an be combative.

Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist - and then there are the answers which follow(or don't follow) that provide much insight as well as how listening skills are utilized.

Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS - I know that's true for me as well.

Kathy Streib - that's true.  Combat has its place but in a questioning situation it doesn't seem as if it is a winning battle.  Of course, when I hear the word Combat, I am typically reminded of the old television series by the same name.  Was it followed by an exclamation mark? As if the word needed further emphasis.  Hmm. . .

Endre Barath, Jr. - there are many sides to questions, that's for sure.  I hope you and Diane have a good Thanksgiving Day.  You have my phone number should you have any cranberry-related leftovers.  Just Kidding - Kinda.  😃

HI Michael Jacobs - We get to see a lot of quotes, either on social media, ActiveRain or through our own research to emphasize a point.  But if there is one quote, that really can make a difference in living our lives, you have found it!  Wouldn't it have been something to know Albert personally?  Just pondering...lol

The right Charlotte REALTOR!

My passion for learning keeps me asking questions, Michael! I worry sometimes that I'm asking too many and am more annoying to those from whom I seek knowledge! I listen to my grandfather's reminder in my head, never to stop learning and this is the way we learn on a daily basis!

I trust you had a delightful Thanksgiving!

Debe Maxwell, CRS - I am aware that for many reasons I answer some questions with a question because I am curious.  But I also understand how that can be annoying to some for their own reasons.

Thank you, my Thanksgiving Day was nice and I was fortunate to have more than one celebration that day.  Life is always interesting as are the lessons we learn each day.
