This is the third and largest in our series on the 3 models in KB Home's Skyview development. Each plan is named for its square footage, and this one is the 2233. This video talks about the size of this home, community amenities, attractiveness to commuters and how to protect yourself by using an agent to buy a new home, keeping in mind that having an agent does not increase the cost of the home. 

*community amenities: pool, spa, community firepit(s), workout or fitness room, and barbecues. The community is near the commute via hwy 1, and the 110, 405 and 710 freeways. This is advertised as a gated community but as of yet the nature of that gate (guarded, etc.) is unknown.

Pricing can be negotiable depending on market conditions and whether you have an agent. Pricing also does not include the cost of solar, which the State of California mandates is required on new constructions homes. The size required depends on factors that are determined through the escrow (size of home, etc.)
