Why can't I cancel my subscription?

I have been trying to contact support regarding my premium subscription which was due to renew today. Despite raising multiple tickets and writing multiple emails there is 0 communication coming back. 

As a result my subscription was renewed today and $199 was charged to my account. This the 2'nd year in a row this has happened despite my repeated requests asking for the premium subscription to not be renewed. 

Does anyone have an email/number I can contact to have this rectified as it simply isn't OK.

I am having the same problem. I finally had to call my credit card company and block them.
