What will the week after Thanksgiving be like in Real Estate was the question being asked all weekend. The fall market saw a boost in sales which is cooling as the Holiday season is upon us. Home Sellers continue to ask if they should list now or wait until 2022? Last week saw a cut in half of new listings coming on the market. It only takes my a few seconds to let them know we still have a good amount of buyers looking for a home. Add in less homes on the market and that makes NOW the time to sell. You need Experience in Real Estate to master these changing times. Lets take a look at the Monday Morning Market update for the Manchester NH Real Estate Market.
