'Tis the season for miracles and new year's eve scares!
This month's challenge is all about getting into the holiday spirit and setting the stage for a fabulous 2022! All you need to do is share two posts with us - one for each topic - while listening to holiday music and sipping eggnog! Okay, the latter is optional but highly recommended!
The fine print:
Each post must be at least 300 words long and include a visual element, a picture, video, graphic.. you know the drill. You must post one for each category, but can share as many miracles, or scares, as you choose. All entries must be posted before the clock strikes 12 times on the west coast (that is 11:59 PM P.S.T.) on December 31st, 2021. You must link to your two posts in a comment on this original post!
You'll be feeling jolly and taking a big leap towards a successful new year! Also, you'll earn 2022 bonus points if you participate with a post in each category! If you choose to only write one, then you'll be awarded 750 bonus points.
1. 'Tis the season for miracles..
Did a ghost from the past deliver good news to you? Did you win the lottery or a listing against all odds? Did you pull off a miracle closing on Christmas Eve for a sale that was on the verge of falling apart? Spread some joy and share a Christmas season miracle with us! This can be a personal miracle or a professional one, it just must be tied to the Holidays in some way (any way you are celebrating in December).
2. ... and New Year's Eve Scares
The tradition of noise and fire on New Year's Eve is a long one and is said to scare away evil spirits and bring good fortune. We would like for you to take a look back and identify the one thing you'd like to scare away or free yourself from, and not bring into the new year with you. Do you have a habit that you know is not serving you well? What is one thing that is preventing you from living your best life or leveling up in business? Can you identify a marketing strategy that has been a drag instead of a moneymaker? Whatever your thing is, write a post and state your intention of letting it go loud and clear.
The more, the merrier friends! Let's all get into the Holiday spirit, spread lots of cheer (comments, that is) and help scare away the old habit or useless tool!
This challenge is co-hosted by Andrea Bedard and Carol Williams. It runs until midnight (Pacific Time) December 31, 2021. Bonus points will be awarded in January 2022.
