I wrote a blog yesterday announcing the New 2022 Loan limits. We are seeing a historical increase of over 18% compared to last year.

Hi Nina, what is your limit in Charlotte? We originally thought San Diego was going to be $858,750 but it actually came in at $879,750. Our main area code is 858 so that would have been easier to remember.
